MY ROLE: Project Manager CLIENT: Volta PROJECT DESCRIPTION During the development of Volta's new website, I was responsible for: • Guiding the design team: This included assigning tasks, providing creative direction, and ensuring design decisions aligned with user research and project goals. • Facilitating stakeholder communication: I kept key stakeholders informed of progress, addressed concerns, and maintained alignment throughout the development process. • Conducting user interviews: I directly interacted with target users to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations from the website. • Developing the website's information architecture: This involved structuring the website's content in a logical and user-friendly manner. • Creating sitemaps and user flows: I visualized the website's overall structure and user journeys, making it easier for everyone involved to understand the website's navigation and functionality. • Contributing to the overall UX design: This involved making iterative improvements to the website's usability, accessibility, and overall user experience based on user research and testing.
